Welcome To The Metaphysical Institute of Higher Learning

The Metaphysical Institute of Higher Learning (TMI) was founded by
Drs.   Arvel (Director) and Bobbie (President) Chappell in 1994, in San Bernardino, California. TMI became the first certified school of Metaphysics in the state of California. The Chappells have over 40 years of experience studying and implementing metaphysical principles. It was Bobbie's vision to start a school where healers, mediums, and other spiritually gifted individuals could learn to develop their abilities and receive a credible degree in this field to better serve Humanity.
They are available for lectures and seminars on topics pertaining to Metaphysics and Consciously Creating. They have created a decision system called the "Arvel and Bobbie Chappells, (ABC) Decision SystemTM". The Chappell's also offer a free webinar that helps people understand the power they have to create their own lives called "How to Consciously Create Your Life."
