The Metaphysical Institute of Higher Learning (TMI) offers the opportunity to earn a certified Doctor of Metaphysics Degree (D.M.D.). You also earn credentials in Quantum Healing, Mediumship, and a non-denominational Minister of Metaphysics Licenseto perform marriages and other functions of Ministry.TMI is also a nonprofit corporation and a member of the Better Business Bureau.
The Doctorate Degree is a two year program. The first year focuses on you as an individual God Spark, expressing on the planet and creating. The Credentials in Quantum Healing and Mediumship are created to provide an experiential learning experience that helps you discover and create your innate gifts, custom designed for each individual.
All the answers to all the questions you have ever asked are inside yourself. We show you how to find your answers. We facilitate a structured approach to your discoveries of yourself and your realities.

About the Founders
The Metaphysical Institute of Higher Learning (TMI) was founded by Drs. Arvel (Director) and Bobbie (President) Chappell in 1994, in San Bernardino, California. TMI became the first certified school of Metaphysics in the state of California. The Chappells have over 40 years of experience studying and implementing metaphysical principles. It was Bobbie's vision to start a school where healers, mediums, and other spiritually gifted individuals could learn to develop their abilities and receive a credible degree in this field to better serve Humanity.
They are available for lectures and seminars on topics pertaining to Metaphysics and Consciously Creating. They have created a decision system called the "Arvel and Bobbie Chappell’s, (ABC) Decision SystemTM". The Chappell's also offer a free webinar that helps people understand the power they have to create their own lives called "How to Consciously Create Your Life."
